Eggs in the Clouds
  • 5 eggs
  • 7 slices of bacon, cut in small pieces and fried on a pan
  • 5 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions – sliced for garnish
  1. Heat your oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Separate whites from yolks.
  3. Place whites in a bowl and mix with hand mixer until it gets fluffy.
  4. Carefully put yolks in a separate bowl a put aside. Add cheese and bacon to beaten whites, mix it and place five equal portions on a baking paper or wax paper sprayed with cooking spray.
  5. Bake for 3 minutes and then place yolk on each of them and bake for another 3 minutes.
  6. When ready season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with green onions.
